The half-day Virtual Design & Construction Leadership Exchange (VDCLEx) is back and includes opening and closing general sessions and two specialized tracks: one for experienced VDC professionals and the other for non-VDC professionals. The VDCLEx continues to explore how VDC is impacting designers, builders and Owners by enhancing design excellence, increasing quality and productivity, as well as improving lifecycle costs.
The full-day Introduction to P3 for the Design-Builder course is designed for both public and private sector design-build knowledgeable professionals. The course will highlight key differences between P3 and design-build procurement, project execution and risk considerations, and how the private sector financing and long-term operations and maintenance obligations change the technical considerations of a project.
