John is a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana and Wisconsin and graduated with highest distinction with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University. He is responsible for Business Development, Estimating and Marketing at MAC Construction. John stays involved in the industry sitting on technical committees and in the community through participation in Associated Builders & Contractors in KY, IN & OH, Board of Directors for ABC IN/KY Chapter, Advisory Council Purdue University Construction Management/Engineering, Chairman for National Kidney Foundation Louisville Chapter and Economic Development Council for One Southern Indiana. Prior to joining MAC, John worked several years as an aircraft engine design engineer, then joined a national specialty contractor where he worked for twenty-five years providing Design/Build Construction for turnkey storage tank project. During this tenure, he expanded products & services and founded divisions focusing on the power generation, chemical and oil & gas industries. He was Vice President of the corporation and President of the Energy company where he developed projects with OEM’s, owners and contractors throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia.
