My Career has been focused solely in water and wastewater construction for the past 32 years. My experience has been both in the field constructing projects, along with managing and directing estimating teams in the preparation of cost estimates and proposals. I have an in-depth experience using alternate project delivery: Best Value, CMAR, Design-Build & P3. I am on the National DBIA P3 Committee, the Florida DBIA Water/Wastewater committee and Gulf Coast Chapter and Board Member of the Water Design-Build Council. I am past Chairman of FSAWWA’s Contractors Council (2011, 2012, 2017, 2018) and past Trustee for Florida AWWA (2013-2016).
