I am a professional engineer with 23 years of experience in chemical, environmental, water, and wastewater engineering. Throughout my career, I have been working on a diverse range of projects with different roles and responsibilities including process engineer, design lead engineer, construction manager, program manager, and project manager at different consulting firms. I have been working at Sanitation District for the past seven years, managing and delivering capital improvement projects in the range of $1M to $400M.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of coaching and mentoring individuals towards shared goals, and I take pride in the way teams have come together under my guidance. I lead my teams by fostering a collaborative environment where each team member is respected and motivated to contribute their best efforts.
