Bio

Victoria Pilko is a CIP Project Manager for the Orange County Sanitation District. Prior to this current position, she worked for the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services where she oversaw the Trenchless Rehabilitation Program and various CIP projects.

She is a stakeholder satisfaction focused, collaborative leader with a proven track record of innovation and success in delivering large, complex projects on time and on budget. Her proactive problem-solving skills, steadfast leadership and focus, and support of the innovation approach across the agency creates the highly functioning teams and successful projects.  

Victoria was the recipient of the California Orange County Engineering Council "2015 Outstanding Engineer Merit" award. She is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Board-Certified Environmental Engineering Member (BCEEM) with more than 25 years of professional experience in the wastewater industry with a Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).
